These Terms govern the use of services provided by The Meal Project.
1. BUSINESS NATURE
We provide freshly prepared snack boxes and catering solutions for corporates and events.
2. FSSAI COMPLIANCE
Operations are conducted in accordance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
FSSAI License Number: 13624013001230
All food is prepared in licensed kitchens under hygienic conditions.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment (if applicable) and written confirmation.
4. PRICING & TAXES
Prices are subject to change. Applicable GST will be charged as per law.
5. DELIVERY & RISK
Delivery timelines are indicative. Risk transfers upon successful delivery.
6. FOOD ALLERGENS
Products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or seeds. Customers must disclose allergies in writing prior to confirmation.
7. SHELF LIFE
Products are best consumed within 4–6 hours unless otherwise specified.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company liability shall not exceed the total order value paid.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana.
